boged out under water

i was ridin with my buddys last weekend and went a little to deep and staled my bike out so i towed it home and drained all the water and cleaned the air box and chanc=ged the oil and after a few tries it started up great should i do any thing else?????????????????

Check your diffs and brakes aswell if you went over the vent lines,water got into it.

Also recheck your oil and see if any water is still there.
