I was at Mud Nats and I broke my rear CV and bent my output shaft. Now I know someone in here as had this happen a couple of times but I forgot who. I know I will have to pull the motor and all and Im going to put a clutch kit in it while its out. SO any help please let me know.

You mean you broke your universal joint .. The final drive shaft isn't hard to replace but the crankcases have to be split to do it ..
Ya I have seen this a few times, most of the people hade lift kits installed. So heard of people doing the whole tug o war and started jumping and it broke
Ive got a 2" Lift and HL lift Springs.. I was going threw the mud bog when it happened and wasent bouncing or nothing. The UNiversal joint broke and the output shaft is bent so Im going to put a clutch kit in it while its out.
yea mine was bent when i bought it and i replace it. its not to hard but it takes awhile to do it. be sure to go back with all new seals and bearings in that area. and be sure to watch how it comes apart, or get a service manual.
I have the same problem with my 500 right now, just haven't torn into it yet. I decided to work on the jeep instead, too pissed off to work on the foreman.
DID THE SAME TO MINE. THE OUT PUT SHAFT ISN'T THAT BAD TO REPLACE. I BROKE MINE RIDDING WHEELIES THOUGH, NOT AS GOOD AS A STORY AS YOURS.
