i would look into checking all the connection from changing the fuse box and id change the rectifier before the stator

yes should have cooling fins on it secured by 2 bolts to the frame

i would disconnect the battery take it out all together now start the bike with the pull start this will tell you if the stators bad or not then if it starts and stays running take a volt meter and test the output making sure its actually charging the battery

So we have changed the battery the voltage regulator the fuse box and fuses and the thing still isnt charging. So im guessing the stator?
yes i would also look at the pulse alternator in sits in with the stator idk if that effects charging or not

if the stator is bad the wheeler wouldnt run it would drain the battery then die just like your car wont run if the alternator is bad. maybe that pulse alternator is bad maybe that charges the battery im not sure to be honest. OEM batt is all i run

never herd of a charging fusr but the main 30 amp fuse if its pulled nothing would work

That 30 amp fuse was blown. So I cut it out and wired in a regular plastic fuse. Now I have the battery on a trickel charger for the night cause its all I have for a battery charger. But I keep blowing the ignition fuse. I do not know why
somethings ground it out and making it blow id go through the whole wiring harness
