I have a 2004 Foreman S this is what i have or will have in the mail over the next couple weeks.

PERFEX long travel lift kit
HL's lift springs (Thanks Railroader)
DNA HL's wheels
27" Bi/Tri claw

And my question are:

How fast will this accelerate wear on my cv's?

How often do wheel bearings seem to go out with this combo?

Anyone having U-joint issues with this combo?

Would getting HL's or Extreme's front disc kit hold up well stopping the larger tires, my drums suck?

Any other issues anyone has with this size tire wearing or breaking anything else?

Thanks so much

You should be pretty safe with that combo. But do keep in mind, anything added that is not stock will more then likely accelerate wear and tear, but that is jus part of the game. You are gonna love those tires!

Did you get the springs on? I hope you had better luck than i did. It took
me quite a while to get them on the first time.

Railroader, did you use the spring compression tool? I used that on mine and had all 4 on in 30 minutes.

figured it out, it went very smooth.

I will find out today, my foreman has been in the shop over the last month with a blown engine with only 800 miles on it, hope this was just a lemon, the atv has been stock since i got it last year , ext warrenty is covering it, so ill be ok. Does my 4 year warranty cover wheel bearings and front axles? Because it i break something i can take it back to stock for warranty work. I will be putting in the springs later on today, ill let yu know how it went, thanks

I installed all of the lift today, the springs were easy but the rear of the perfex kit is where the confusion began. The rear bolts seem a little short to me and the bracket had to be slightly bent on both sides to install, someone have a pic of the rear of there perfex kit? Can you post them

I think Foreman Lover has some in his signature. In fact, i'm sure he
does, cause i looked at them a few days ago.

The rear of my Perfex also bent in a little, but I have had no problems with it. I also have 27" tires and the Extreme Products Discs. Much better stopping than the drums with stock tires.
