Lots of new members been joining and lots of em are in NC. I've been working in the Charlotte area since June 2010, got family here, and wouldn't mind trailering the quad up and riding a few weekends in nearby areas during March since I should be working out here still. Anybody do family riding, trails, or know of good parks.......I'd be interested in going.

Probably the closest to you when your in Charlotte would be Carolina Adventure world.....

Thanks. Sweet info....def wanna check out CAW. Brushy seems too restrictive. We can't get in with our tire tread being more than 3/4 of an inch. What's with parks closing at 5 p.m. up here?

Yea the 3/4" tread thing is so stupid.. Ive never been there for that very reason !

you could also check out Uwharrie National Forest.. thats not very far from Charlotte either ?

Its more for Jeeps and stuff but theres usually quite a few ATV's there.. Its very rocky

One more thing anyone ever been to Uwharrie to go riding? My group is going riding and camping the weekend of April 9th. Anyone more then welcome to join us.

Its not bad. Its def a utility quad place if your ATVing. Theres alot of Jeeps and trucks

Theres alot of Jeep and truck videos .. There is a big mudhole one one of the trails that likes to hand up some big trucks..
Alot of times we go Ive been on a 4wheeler or with jeeps, its fun to watch the jeeps and buggys if they have some big groups out there that day.
