what kind of 28in tires and what width?
Another Tire Question
If I put a 2 inch Lift on my 98 foreman 450 ES. will I be able to clear 28 inch tires

They are the GBC Gator Mud tires in 28-10-12
I did have 98 450 ES and I had maybe a 1" lift and it cleared 27s, except it would scrub with a heavy passenger and in hard cornering. With a 2" lift you should have no problem with clearance.

With a 2 inch lift you will have no problems with those tires.
i run 2 inch extreme products lift kit and 29.5 swamplites
