If you have the 400AT and you replaced the angle sensor, you will need to perform the initial setting procedure, if you haven't already.

It doesn't necessarily mean that the sensors are bad when it indicates a code, it just means there's a problem in that particular system or circuit. For example, code 6 (angle sensor system) could be a bad angle sensor or it could be a bad wire or bad connection or anything else in that circuit. When you get more than one code, the first code is the most recent problem. Download the service manual and go to the "Hondamatic" section and it will show you how to troubleshoot the problem for each code stored in the computer. Here's the link for the service manual.

ok.....soooooo

changed the angle sensor and it its still doing it .....brought it to honda and they are saying everything looks ok but they seem to think its the centrifugal clutch ....they seem to think its being held back because its actually shifting when it shouldnt be ....i might have misunderstood but i
basically they say its the clutch starting to wear out ????
