Check tire pressure all around. Check for bent or binding linkage.
Check for bindng in the steering shaft (jack up front end and steering should turn easily) if it is binding it may be bad bearings in the steering shaft, or shaft too tight.

With the machine on level ground and all four wheels on the ground, handle bars straight ahead, Tires straight ahead. Mark the center of each front tire in the front. Measure the distance then roll the machine until the tires have turned 180°. Measure the distance across the back.

Adjust to 1-3/8" toed OUT. (plus or minus 9/16")
