aftermarket exhaust???

Hi there, new to the post so I thought I'd ask a question. I am looking for some more power out of my 450. I plan on 27"itp 589 with type 5 rims. In the near future. I have a 4 year warranty so I don't want to get into porting or internal engine work. I am looking into exhaust, filter and jet kit. So if I have warranty work I could pull them off so they don't try to give me the run around. So for the question. What do you have for exhaust or what do you recommend??? I use my foreman for trail riding along with hunting so I don't want it really loud. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I had the Supertrapp on mine along with a K&N and a jet kit, it made a little more power, it brought the bike back to the power it had with stock tires since I upgraded to the 27s. Just barely louder then stock, sounded nice. And I thought it looked great!!!
Just last week I put an HMF on there, and that really increased the power, I noticed myself able to go through many holes that would normally require first gear, having no problems going through in 2nd gear. But, its loud! Although you can drive around quietly if you lay off the throttle a little.
Just my $.02, hope it helps!
And welcome to the board!
I also have the Hmf but i also have the quiet core insert for it. I would tell you what they sound like but neither one has shipped yet. But when i do get them i will be sure to let you know how the quiet core works out.
Welcome aboard
The HMF Ecosystem QS1 will give you a couple HP, and it barely noticable over stock. I had one on mine but it did not give the max power I wanted, but it was noticable. I have the Uni-filter and Dynojet kit too. Definetly recomend the jet kit even if you keep the stock pipe.
Here's the list of all the pipes for the Foreman that I know of...It does not include some of the HMF series, like the QS1 and Penland.

Step up and get the hmf kit it is the best.

I have this exact set-up, I love this pipe and so do all the people I ride with. If you want a good pipe thats not loud but gives some power, check out the HMF QS1. I always get complimented on the sound.
