A/F Screw location

I was just wondering where the A/F screw was located on the carb? The mechanic that installed all of the mods on my bike moved so now I am trying to learn how to fix it myself, however I am definately not mechanically inclined. Thanks for the help.

It's on the bottom middle front of the carb and it is D shaped.
