450ES under ice

2001 under ice for 8 hours...drained all fluids etc....started up fine...will run and shift manually but no ES shifting?...replaced battery but no go...any ideas?

check the motor that shifts it on the front of the engine by the angle sensor..angle sensor maybe hard to say???
Even the shift buttons itself could be wet. All the plugs could have water intrusion. Let us know what you find.
My Es never got wet but the shifting problem can be a pain I gave up on mine and sent it in 7 weeks later and after part after part they replaced wire harness and can finally ride again so you never know the first code showed cpu but not the case I think a it will be an S and a wet foot next.
