Don't really know, when I converted my 400 over to a 450, I replaced everything. I don't remember seeing any differance in the harnesses, the 450 harness had the carb heater that's it.
Ebay is a good place to find some used one's, if your interested I have an extra 400 speed-o, it was working when I took it off the bike, but it has over 10,000 miles on it.
