Bought 2 500's late December, now with about 350 miles on them the front brake pads worn out and now one has blown out a right front CV joint. Is this normal? Also the left front seems to have a bad bearing, when I hold the top and bottom of the tire with it off the ground you can wiggle the tire about 1/4", not tire flex it's movement in the bearing I guess. We do ride in mud and water with a lot of sand mix. Guess honda warrenty will cover it, also have the extended warrenty.

OK, thought so, I have seen mention of aftermarket brakes and they say Honda pads are better as far as life goes, because aftermarkets are softer and that allows the atv to stop better, Trade off?
You would think Honda knowing that these atvs are going off road that they would protect their bearings better.

Thanks, dropped it off at the dealer, they said that honda doesn't warrenty the CV shaft so the fight begins. SO much for buying an extended warrenty that covers everything except tire and brakes!
