Does not cover wear and tear. I bought that crappy warranty for 4 years and after 6 months i got my money back. If the boot is tore they will blame it on you. If you have any tires larger than stock or lifts they will blame it on you. The only thing they covered on mine was when the wrist pin clip it broke and they ended up rebuilding the top end twic, long story. But if you look in your warranty book there is very little it covers only defects in manufacturing workmanship. So to heck with that crappy warranty and get your money back and buy the parts you need from service honda for a better price and do it yourself.

Yea its a pro rated warranty, so no matter how many times you have used it, they give you back the amount you have left in months, they credit to your purchased if you financed, dunno about if you paid cash
