I just bought a fourtrax foreman 520 and need to stiffen up the rear suspension. Stock load capacity is 176lbs. I have a water tank that sits on the rear that I put 30 gallons of water in at times and weighs about 240 lbs. It has a Showa HR4-A21 rear shock that has been placed on the stiffest setting, still not enough because I am 60lbs over capacity. I have done research and found where they suggest a heavy duty spring, spring spacers or a new shock. Problem is I could not find anything that is made specifically for my atv or shock. Does anyone have data on this or a company that makes heavy duty springs or spacers that fit my set up? I have looked at several, including HighLifter, and am not sure what will fit or work for my atv or specific need. I do not need to add height, just want to prevent the rear end from sagging under a load. There just doesn't seem to be information or parts available for my needs on the internet. Model TRX520FE2N. Thanks

Why wouldn’t the Highlifter spring work? Same as the 500 Foreman. Buy one and put it on.

Since I posted this I did try a Highlifter spring after a discussion with their staff. The Highlifter spring was worse and sat lower than the stock spring does. I returned it a month ago and they still haven't refunded me. Very poor customer service and from what I seen the springs are no good either. And yes, it was the same spring as the 2019-2020 foreman 500.
