Starting this thread to address the shift problems in my brand new 2021 Rubicon 520 brought into the dealership last week looking to hear from them in the next few
Gonna post updates as they come as i've heard I'm not the only one with these issues.
I have a 2018 Honda 420 dct with 2000 km on it. And it slips in first gear. In D or 1 and till u let off abs try again and it feels like it drops a gear and good again. Like i said it has 2000 km. I bought a 2010 when they first came out with that transmission. Put 25,000 km in 2 years never had an issue. Other then wore out 6 sets of tires. anyone have a problem like that??
I have a 2021 honda foreman with the automatic transmission that has been not showing neutral when trying to start. Here is what I did to solve this issue. Unplug and reseat this plug that's in the rear of the transmission and I have not had any issues yet.
I just got mine back from the dealership afyer having the same issue. They told me "the plug came loose". I know they have no reason to lie, but how does this plug come loose? It's not like this type of connector is new to the market, and none of my honda plugs, or plugs on any sensor on any car truck boat or atv that I have owned have ever.
Perhaps they had a batch of sensors that was faulty? It would be nice to know I can ride my quad out to far distances, as we do, and not worry about this.
Mine gave the neutral - line when I was riding last time and just stopped moving.
Thanks for the pics!
Ill keep them on my phone as reference when this happens again
