2021 Rubicon 520 Issue with high speed gear shifting

We purchased a 2021 Rubicon 520 in May of 2021. It's been great, until recently.
When we are driving it, and reach speeds of 30, 40 and 50 KM/per hour, the machine slips out of the gear it is in, just briefly, then jerks like its trying to reengage. It sounds horrible, like the transmission is going to fall out from under it.
We took it to the closest deal ship service center, and they said it needed an update, and that issue would be resolved. My husband said he felt the power/responsive difference with the update, but it did not correct the jerks.
