The bike it is a new bike 2019 with 2012km on it ... use it for Hunting and with the wife summer time riding trails .. (she has a 420) not doing anything crazy not abusing it ... :)
Last year when hunting the atv stalled multiple times and did not start but if I leave it for 1 - 2 min will start no problem and goes sometimes a few km sometimes a half day or 1-2 days ... and then does it again ...
If I push the start button the engine turns but will not start ... have full tank
When stalled I tried the pull start will not start ... :(

Have no idea what can be the issue
I use premium gas changed the oil in time ...

Can anybody give me any advice what could be?

There is a recall on 2019 models for faulty fuel pumps. That sounds like your issue. See link below and contact your dealer.

It may just be a technical service bulletin and not an actual recall. I checked the Honda website and didn't see a recall listed there for this model. Either way, ask your dealer, they should be able to look it up for you.

The ATV was at the dealer and they claimed that did not find anything ... either they did not wanted to replace it on their cost and just simply were lazy ... dont know
The ATV was in the shop for 4 days ... bottom line it is $171 will buy one no prblem just what is I get another faulty one ... :)
In your opinion should get it form the dealer or from any other place ...?

Can someone who got a letter from Honda regarding 2019 fuel pump issue provide info on this? Did it list a technical service bulletin number or recall number that could be referenced? Is replacement of the fuel pump covered by Honda at no cost?

That would be great, even if I would need to purchase the Pump just to ensure that I am not buying from the same batch ...

Honda Canada is an absolute b*tch to deal with. I had problems with mine right out of the box and they were absolutely impossible to deal with.
If you have a problem that the dealer refuses to acknowledge, you need to leave it there, call Honda Canada and refuse to take it back until it’s fixed, refuse to pay anything. I did this and while my machine didn’t get fixed , I didn’t have to pay anything after getting my machine back(the second time).

Terrible company, poorly engineered/built product....

I also have a 2019 TRX 500. I called dealer after I diagnosed my fuel pump inop. Dealer stated no open recall or campaign for my vin#. A new fuel pump is $200 but not sure if aftermarket would be better than oem. anyone replace with aftermarket?
