2016 rubicon shifting issues

So I have a 2016 Rubicon 500. Once it warms it will not shift into neutral, or if it's in neutral it won't shift into drive. It also will not shift while driving and stays in one gear. I get a steady horizontal line on the screen. If I turn it off for a while it will shift normal for a few minutes. I replaced the shift motor, angle sensor, and O2 sensor. At my wits end with this thing. Any help would be great.
