2016 Rubicon 500 ecu issues

I have a 2016 TRX 500 FA7 And it's been a great little Wheeler Went camping the other night and left the Key on Woke up the next morning battery was dead went to jump start it Hooked up the jumper cables backwards It blew all my fuses Got new fuses and the moment I put them in the cooling fan runs all the time unless I pull the fuses Then my power steering doesn't work at all Everything else works fine I see that the ECU controls the power steering and the cooling fan Any help with my problem would be greatly appreciated before I go and buy a new ICU
