2015 Rubicon won't start when engine hot

My 2015 Rubicon runs fine with no issues, I can run it as long as I want but once its been run hard it will not START again if I shut it down until it cools down. It will turn over fine but will not start until cool. Then it will start again and run without issue. Something appears to be effected by the bikes temperature.

Does your fan turn on when riding?
So when it's running it never shuts off by itself no matter the temp? It's only the restart that's an issue?
are you saying the fan or the motor never shuts off by itself, which one? if the fan never shuts off you have a problem. fan should not run all the time, only when it is hot. i would check the radiator to see if it is plugged and check the coolant.
as Harig says.. lil confusing. is tank vent plugged?
Sounds like the fuel line is vapor-locking... try running the fuel pump a few times before trying to start. The pump should push the fuel through the vapor lock.
Yes, fan comes on and I'm not getting High Temp. light.
Motor never kills on me. I can ride all day but once its hot it won't restart if I turn it off. No High Temp light or performance issues while running. Fan comes on. Have tried restarting with cap off of fuel tank, still no luck. Doesn't do it when just cruising, but if I pull a drag or run it hard, it won't restart.
I'll try running fuel pump a few times before pressing start next time. It's always got plenty of power turning over so I haven't been shy about letting it turn over but haven't tried turning key several times. I have held throttle in to eliminate possibility of flooding but have never smelled fuel while having the issue. Once it restarted just from cooling off while another bike pulled me back to the camp, other times it has had to sit for a while.
on the newer machines with efi it is not easy to troubleshoot when it is worked hard and gets hot something is not working properly, have you checked for spark when it will not fire. if it has spark try spraying some fuel in the intake to see if it will fire up when it does it next time. you need to figure out if it is electrical or fuel problem, them go from there....

I'm having the same issue with a 2019 model, runs fine and never dies, but if you turn it off then try and restart it,it won't start until it cools off. And you can't hear fuel pump running will its hot.
I have a 2015 420 Rancher EFI doing the same thing. Spark is good. Sprayed gas into intake when it will not start and it runs until the gas I spray in runs out. I have the fuel pump removed from the tank. Is there a filter inside the fuel pump assembly? How far should I dismantle the fuel pump assembly?

I have a 2019 honda foreman 500 that is doing the same thing. Have you figured it out yet?
I have a 2020 Honda Foreman 520 and I’m having the same problem
I have a 2019 rubicon and have the same issue but I start with pull cord and that seems to work , I'll be checking my fan, but can't see why that would be the issue?

I took mine to the Honda dealership where I bought it and they fixed it. My fuel pump was failing.
Anybody ever fix? I’ve narrowed my issue down to the fuel injector not spraying at all while hot. Has to cool down for a long time before the injector will spray again.
