Won’t start, starts only with spray gas into carb, new fuel, take fuel line off gas comes out but still won’t start

Sometimes the easiest way is the hardest way. It's probably your carb. Honda has a filter in the gas tank that will break down and send little pieces of plastic into the carb. Take the gas tank off clean it out get a new petcock. and clean the carb or buy a new one.
