I put a new crank in my foreman 500 since I swamped it and it took out the rod bearing.Went with a hot rods since it's not $670. I have a knock that's very strong at idle with no load but once you're in motion with constant force on everything, it goes away. I got a video of what I THINK the knock is coming from. The primary clutch seems to have some rotational play on the crank. Any other ideas?

I believe that there's usually a puller needed to remove that clutch. When it's torqued back on, it shouldn't come off that easily.
There would not be any play in that spot once the clutch is properly installed.

It came off pretty hard the first time I took it off, which was when I replaced the crank. This time it slid right off quite easily. I put it back on after that video and torqued to what Honda said (87 ft lbs) and it seems tight, but that's the same thing I did last time and it still knocked.
