Just received a free 2004 Honda Foreman Rubicon 500 in great shape considering my four-wheeler just melted in a fire. Seems to me the float hits the ceiling of the carburetor before the float needle valve has a chance to seat properly. I don't remember ever seeing a carburetor where the float actually hits anything at all , just that the pressure from the needle seat stops the float from rising . I have a brand new float, both the Old and the new are the same. This carburetor leaks out of the Overflow, most likely because of this. Any suggestions or pictures of the proper float or proper needle would help a bunch, thanks y'all
