This is a well known problem with 03 Rincons...Tell your local dealer about the problem...They should replace the water pump and overflow pipe for free...But your going to need a new water pump.
I had to replace mine when the overflow pipe was knock off...and mud got into the water pump...now I have the overflow pipe clamped down and a extended the pipe up to the pod.
