OK... I rebuilt this ATV. Stock top end with stock carb and jets. Super clean... Pilot screw is 1.5 turns out and I can not get this thing to idle. Its starts up for a second with choke on and fluttering the throttle but once it starts its only for a few seconds and cuts off again. If I choke it on an off I can get it back on for a sec but it cuts right back off. Only has one pilot screw to adjust so I'm at a loss on what's wrong. Anyone have this problem? If I could keep it running with throttle then I would be able to get it tuned but I cant keep it running long enough to anything.

Turning the idle adjustment screw clockwise will raise the idle. It is a flathead on the right side. I had the same problem.

Take the pilot screw out another turn and see what it does.
