20% gear reduction!!!

sounds good, I will have to look into this as well. I will give the wife the 14% set I have now and get the bigger set. Might as well go ahead and order the ape shalfs when u order the 20% gears, the stock axles want last long.

There is a guy in Broussard, LA that installs these gears anyone know anything about him all I have is phone #. I believe the name of his company is Welders Equipment.

I know him, there are a few people that work there but the guy who manages the place is Ryan. They do alot of high performance work on utility bikes, and they really know what they are doing in there. You could definitley trust them to install the gears for you. You can get the gears from him over there to.

What exactly does the gear reduction do? My guess is that it gives you more torque.

you are right, more touque to the ground.

my bike will lift the wheels off the ground now at a stand still. I dont know if I want more. I break enough stuff now, just think of what I could do with a 20% reduction. As soon as I get time I will look into it.
