Well pretty much all 2" lifts install the same. I prefer the SSATV lift because its stainless over the zinc plated HL kit which is also more expensive.
why do all you say hl is junk,, and what is better about the ssatv lift?
within the next quarter,, a 2gen lift is coming out which is supposed to be heavy duty and a rear bracket that has highlifters engraved
If you had both lift kits sitting in front of you I think you would agree. There is no comparison. 3/16" stainless steel vs zinc plated tin. Im not saying the higher lifter wont work, it does the job but quality wise the SSATV lift blows them out of the water. And again, just my opinion.
They're all good lifts. The reason I and alot of guys choose the SSATV lift is because:
1 Its stainless instead of zinc plated.... thats the main reason
2 Since theyre not as "popular/cool" as highlifter their product (the SS) is still a little bit cheaper in the price.
They both do the same thing, I havent heard of a failure with either of them, but in the eyes of quality what would you want..... stainless or zinc plated steel?
Well that was free, highlifter wants you to pay a hundred bucks for theirs.
