1988 trx350D spark issue

I've got a 1988 Honda TRX 350d, and can't get any spark I'm reading 0.38 DC volts constantly from the coils leads (pictured) I've checked the wiring so many times and it all seems right, replaced the CDI too. Can't figure it out
