09 to 07 engine swap

Hey guys new here. I have a 09trx500fpa blew the motor. I have a 07 engine and transmission To go in the 09 bike. Will it go right in or Donis have to change ecu and everything? The 07 had the d1 d2 switch my 09 does not. I don't want to have to change wiring harness I was hoping the 07 motor and tranny was all the same. Any help greatly appreciated
