There isn't a code 14. Is it blinking 14 times with no pauses? Code 13 is for the drive mode switch, if your counting the check (longer flash with a pause before blinking again) blink.

One long blink, four short blinks.

 

Code 4 then, the long blink is just the start of the code retrieval. Say it had 4 different codes stored, it would start with the long blink and go through the other codes with a pause between each one. Once it starts over it gives the long blink so you know it started over.
