Recently brought a 2005 500 foreman that 4wd wasn't working. Found fault codes etc and unplugged all sensors and cleaned out. The front propshaft now engages and 4wd fault code has disappeared. I now have another code 5 blinks - ecm motor drive circuit. I can't find any info on how to fix this. Are you able to test the ecm? Or do I just replace it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
