Hello all hope all is well !! I’m new and have a question about my 03 rubicon 500 , I just picked it up the other day used for cheap , but it has no spark and on the dash D1,D2and ESP are showing but only two dashes where neutral (N) should be showing , the guy I got it from said he was riding and it just cut off and has no spark , I have replaced the angle sensor ( followed the pre charge instructions) replaced the voltage regulator, still nothing !!! Any ideas would be awesome thanks !!!

I have tried to get it to show codes but i can’t seem to get it to show anything, I’ve looked online on how todo the correct procedure but still can’t get it to work !! Thanks for your response

Have you checked for blink codes?

What's the battery voltage at?

12.3 I’m using a jumper right now because the battery is shot

I’m leaning heavily towards the cdi box due to no spark and the dash is not working properly!! Not N on the dash and I’ve tried the code thing multiple times and nothing I don’t even hear the noise that it says to listen for !! Thanks

It could also be the gear position indicator since you're not getting the N displayed. Sometimes this fools the computer when there's nothing wrong with it.
Always do electrical tests with a known, good battery btw.

I'm having same problem on mine. did you ever find a fix to this?

I sold it but the guy that bought replaced the computer and said it runs like a new one now !! Hope this helps
