Where does this bolt go?

My 13 year old wanted to responsibility to take a lot of the driver side body panels off today to replace a rack bolt. When he put it all back this bolt was left over. We both canít find where it goes. He only removed panels and loosened the fuel tank.

I had an Asian boss a long while back that would tell you if you took a laptop apart to replace the motherboard, if you had any screws left over, you had to eat them. It was awful comical to see the look on the new guys face on their first one.
