well, have to ask, when you removed the First time, did you make sure you had all parts, as in parts in the above schematic
if not, when you installed all things, did you install using all needed parts as based on above again?
if NOT< well you have your answer, if you DID< you have your answer?
parts are parts LOL
either have all and used all, in correct way, or didn;t

do/did all bearings fit SNUG< or were any loose fitting?

In the first pic it looks like the stop is missing but it's hard to tell with the tube still in place.

Just wanna know if bearing and seal were blown from not having stop which I'm not sure if I have or not or what else. The first time my bearing blew I didn't hear any knocking or grinding before I changed.
Bearing stopper only goes on left rear. Part # is 52112-HA0-000 ~ $10. You must have the stopper - period. The new bearing / seal you put in will be toast in short order.

All bearings were snug tight specially left seal. I'm pretty sure now I don't have stopper bearing so I'll have to get one. I could sear though that I don't think I saw it when first removed. I'm good with my parts. Rebuild front diff and everything works awesome. Oh well I guess I lost it.

It's not a bearing; more of just a spacer that slips on the axle shaft. I think you'd remember pulling it off because it should've need a little persuasion to get it off. When new / clean it just slips right on, but if its been on for a while usually needs a love tap to get loosened up.

I'm telling y'all I put all parts back on on spot. Or maybe not I'll have to double check and see if it laying around. Can that part shatter inside while installed. ?

No it won't shatter.

Pull your left hub off.

Ubolt your left axle tube and pull it off.

Do you see anything on the axle?

Should be a collar that slides up on there. Looks like this

That basically backs your bearing, and keeps it firmly between that stopper and the hub. Without that piece the bearing will walk and be destroyed in short order.

It's not hard to see if it's there. Pull your hub and axle tube and see if it's on the end of the axle. If it's not, you need one.

And it's not uncommon for people to miss them when reassembling, right @basnfb?

I kid y'all not the stopper was not in my axle. I have taken off axle twice now but that first time when I removed the hub all I saw was a shattered bearing and seal took tube off and still saw just bearing and seal. I did go ahead and ordered stopper so hopefully it solves the issue.

What would make a bearing shatter in the left rear if the stopper is placed in ?

When the bearing fails and there is nowhere for pieces of the the cage or balls to go, it will make room. My 450s only had the inner and outer races left when I pulled it. All the balls and cage were dust. I bet a you'll be good to go with the stopper.
