i remember reading on this site a million times...

i remember reading on this site a million times that the baseline for the adjustment screw is 2 1/2 to 2 5/8 turns out as a starting point. might be for the 450's though, but, just try it.

if i'm correct, only 03 and 04 450's had traxlok....

if i'm correct, only 03 and 04 450's had traxlok. your bike might be a year newer than you thought it was. the contacts in your switch could be fouled up. clean the switch and then go from there....

i can't answer all of your questions, but the clutch kit is only stiffer springs. the springs are the only items you get when you order a clutch kit.

don't get an 04 or older rubi. 05's and up are the good ones. all foreman generations are workhorses. little tractors with 5 manual gears. 05 and up foremans were prone to broken 1st gears. ask rich...

well, the rubis have a little larger engine, and require more hp to make them operate. i'm sure they'll consume fuel quicker than a regular foreman. so you're getting better mpg than them.

nope...they didn't have to. lifts generally void warranties, but...at my local dealership, they sell lifted and modded new models. maybe they have to warranty those. i dunno.
