pull the dust seal off that bearing and add some...

pretty sure the idle is controlled by the computer and isn't adjustable so your only option is to build a exhaust snorkel or try tightening the throttle cable adjustment

switch on the bars in the run position? have you done a compression test? have you tried poring gas directly into the cylinder? anything blocking the air intake?

a quick test is to run it and then put your hand...
