if you heat up where the ball joint sits with a propane torch for about 3 mins the ball joint will slide right in no hammer or sockets needed doing that shortens their life IMO

how the slack in the throttle cable there should be about 1/8" of play in the cable that wouldnt effect why it would die after a few secs not sure what that could be maybe fuel delivery problem

parking brake works great i let it sit overnight with it on and it held pressure just fine brake is nice and tight cant complain for 23 bucks

hopefully i will get to test ride it within the next couple weeks. just letting the tires spin on the lift and hitting the brakes it's already 10x better then the cable setup

yes its normal for the oil lines to heat up its hot oil running through them. unless you don't change your oil regularly and its gone 10k miles on the same oil there shouldn't be any sludge really...

no the diaphragm is forced up as air goes through take it apart and inspect the rubber for tears. 4 hours wont do anything i soak mine for a couple days then blow it all out with a air compressor

link didnt work. never had an issue with oem just canged mine after 12yrs the last 6 have been pretty hard cant beat the price of oem around 40 to do all of them
