stock is 12" wheels all the way around i would def go back to stock wheel size and put whatever tires you want on 25-8-12 and 25-10-12 is stock tire sizes youll be fine with 12" tires on the rear...

sounds like someone swapped the wheels and tires from a rancher 12" wheels come stock on the foreman 450 with 25-8-12 front and 25-10-12 rear

another update checked everything from timing to...

another update checked everything from timing to top end even cleaned the carb and its still doing it exhaust glows after a bit of ridding it will glow about 6" down the pipe and make crackling...

well just an update ended up retuning the sleeve...
