I love my machine,haven`t had any issues with it yet.Others have problems with the electric shift freezing up in winter,and problems with the angle sensor for shifting.Manuals are bullet proof it goes fast enough,and through everything,and no worries about the trannie.Great work bike and still good for playing,and great for pulling out all those expensive fast machines!LMAO.Hope that helpes,have fun ridin`.

Hello Roc, My name is Scaper (Mark). I am in the process of purchasing a 2007 Forman 500 manual shift atv if the dealer can make the offer worth it. I have been looking for someone on the site with this transmission to get advise from and just overall information about the good or bad habits of this setup. If you wouldn't mind I could sure use the advise since I'm new to ATV's. I ride a Valkyrie Interstate 1500 Honda and years ago many dirt bikes but have never owned an atv.
