Between the MudLites, Zillas and Bear Claw in the 26 tire size I would choose the BearClaws over the others for mostly trail riding. They will outperform the MudLites hands down (IMO) and ride smoother than the Zillas. The zillas are a good tire but dig really fast when you do get into the soft stuff. When you get into the 26 size the claws have a deeper tread depth also. I run MudBugs for trail and mud use and am completely satisfied with them for what I use them for (everything from snow, hard pack, mud, water, sand, some asphalt and a mixture of stuff that stinks to no end and is bottomless
).
