i know you can wire the park neutral sensor to a switch. i couldnt tell you on a rancher 350 what wires it is. but it is a ground system so if you take a test light to some suspect wires it will be the one that lights up the test light when you press the start button without it being in neutral. take this wire run it to a toggle with a ground and thats it.
