I would wire them up like 2003 foreman es suggested, but I would use a relay so it doesn't draw the power through the handlebar light switch. You can still you the high beam wire that goes to the stock headlights to switch the relay. That way when the handlebar switch is on low, the stock low beams will work and when the handlebar switch is on high, the Hella lights will come on along with the stock high beams. I don't know what the stator output is for the 500 Foreman, but make sure it's enough to burn the lights or it will slowly drain your battery and it will also be hard on the stator.
