oh dude, we rode the loop going the other way or in reverse....and by that evening my left knee was the size of a Cantaloupe, Been nursing it for 2 days.
And I was so blessed that for some reason its moved up into my hip this morning, Now both are swolllen up, might have to hit the ER of Family Doc this morning, I'm sure its just really bad arthritis, But as I always say once it quits bleeding you will be ok....hahahaha
