well, since i work for scumbag parasitic trial lawyers...
they wouldn't exist if it weren't for:

(6) a complete lack of backbone amongst many,
many people, of which the number is ever increasing, who refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. After all, mommy and daddy took care of their every want, now why shouldn't Uncle Sam/the insurance company/Social Security Disability/

I wish I could tell you everything I've seen...
people who trip over parking bumpers in parking lots and then sue because THEY didn't watch where they were walking... becasue those parking bumpers really jump out out at ya...
people who jaywalk out in front of cars going 50 mph and then sue when they get hit/hurt...
kids who trespass and commit grand theft by stealing heavy equipment from private property to joyride and then flip it over on top of them and hurt themselves badly and then mommy and daddy sue on behalf of their delinquent little brat...
yeah... i've seen a lot of this crap.
best thing for you to do is to take responsibility for your own actions, and encourage others to do the same. if you do something stupid, admit you effed up, that it's YOUR fault, no one else's and GET OVER IT. If more people would develop this attitude, there would be a lot less fraud in the courts and a lot more money to pay for things like... teachers and schools rather than judges and clerks and prosecutors.
