Ok I got my platic mounted. Having trouble with my front brakes. I have blead them til blue in the face. have rebuilt both wheel cylinders. With no air in the lines squeezing lever will move pistons but will not pump them up? What do yua have for this one? I am trying t oput some pictures on here but have not figture it out yet.

Squeeze the brake line up by the master cylinder with a pair of pliers as you pump up the brake lever. You should feel resistance as it forces the fluid past the squeezed line. See if they will pump up good like that.

I did the squeeze thing also. I have tite lever when i do that. Im thinking air but just not sure. im going to figture this out one way or another.

Turn all 4 adjuster up until the hub barely turns and then do the squeeze thing while bleeding the brakes. At least you know the master cylinder is working now it's just getting the fluid pressurized at the right time. I fought one for hours once getting the air all out using the vacuum bleeder and doing it manually.

No luck yet. Tried to make my own bleeder from a big syringe but i had no help. It's kicking my ass.

Yeah, It use to be all we had to do was bring beer, but then the dude met some greedy chick and married her.
2 summers ago we were all out on the property and his wife walks up to us to announce its gonna be 10 bux to ride there from now on. We all know its not him, its her greedy arse wanting to charge us but for 10 bux we have a private getaway and can even camp there overnight.
