87 cdi plug question - Honda Foreman Forums : Rubicon, Rincon, Rancher and Recon Forum

Are the plugs going into the cdi box, from the harness, universal to all the 86-88 model trx 350 4x4's. Even though I know the wire colors don't match up and some are 5 wires and some are 6. Just wondering before I purchase a whole wiring harness just for the two cdi plugs.
