welcome to the forum from western mass
the rubi is a great work-play 4 wheeler ! i like to jack it up give the front end a shake and see if there is any loose bearings or torn cv boots take it for a test drive and shift it trew all the gears . listen for any weird noises or slugish shifts look at the oil make sure its clean also look and see if the engin is smoking good luck on your rubi when you find it

rubicons are awesome, my dad has an 04 and an 06 rubi, and never had a single lick of trouble out of either, the automatic trans are bullet proof, and smooth as a babys bottom
