Arghhhh, I was hoping I could ride it a few times before I tore it apart. I ordered a rebuild kit for the carb from Honda today. Gonna figure internal problems. Time to make a spot in the shop to put it and tear down.

its not a hard thing to tear down. if your ambitious you could do it in a day with all the parts

the hardest part of doing the topend is getting the plastics off !!!

I have the online manual that I was linked to in this thread. Previous owner said he thinks he has one also, he just has to look.
