Welcome, We have some good spots in Biloxi to ride so if you get tired of riding in Houston we can put together a trip to Red Creek or Canal road. And we have casinos with awesome food. Riding in big groups to me is more fun than just 2 bikes. We have about 12 bikes in all that go, its good and fun. Well enjoy the bike and be safe. (this is an open invatation to anyone)

once you get familiar with your ATV you'll love it, my g/f loves her little 300 and wont trade it for anything, in fact recently on a mud trip she went thru a hole with no problems on her 2wd 300 that a foreman 500 on 26" mud lites almost got stuck in, just shows sometimes that ladies can outdrive some of the boys lol

hahaha.....that kinda happened to me I was following Lisa up this Moderate hill, she was on her old wolverine & I on her Foreman, it had been raining some what .......anyways she went up the hill with out problems with BALD tires & here I come up with NEW tires...the rear end slides over and almost into about a 4 Foot washout!

she has no park brakes so here I sit teetering on the edge, on a upgrade so steep than I could not get off, she freaking out!

So I just tell her in a VERY Soft voice....Hun, just chill out somebody will be along shortly (I was raised running Heavy Equipment so training kicked in to stay very Calm)

so about 10 minutes later two guys come through and put weight on the front end and it only took about 6 inchs to get me out of the Danger zone......needless to say that week we installed a winch on her Foreman!!!!

So I agree some times the Ladies have the advantage!

Hey guys thanks for all the welcomes, advice, and common sense tips. I ride a sportbike and always use a helmet so will try to continue that pattern with an off-road style on the ATV. Just picked Buzz up Sunday afternoon and will post pics the seller had until I can take my own set. I'd been looking for a class after buying the 1st ATV and checked again last night.....there's one on Sunday the 12th close enough to where I live and I'm planning to register. The quad will be going out to Pismo Beach Jamboree Weekend end of Sept. so I'll get to ride sand dunes and have a friend that'll show me the ropes there too. I'm beyond excited and really plan to get into it....slowly...as suggested. And heck yeah I'll come out to Biloxi! If I can make it all the way to Cali, Biloxi's nothing and definitely want to be out there with people that are willing to help. Super glad I found this forum. Seems the general off-road forums weren't as helpful as this actual Honda-based site.

One good thing about the ATV course (well atleast in PA) They actually pay you $50 to go to one.
